A recent report on a German website Macerkopf, revealed that whatsapp, popular messaging app is making plans to to have video call feature on it app. According to the blog, it said that they are
working on it thereby leaked out images about the functions of the video calling.
Voice call feature was recently added to whatsapp and this has mainstream, the inclusion of a video calling feature is a great step above their close revival BBM which recently added a like button feature for better engagement
The leaked image indicates that the UI is still the same as the whatsapp voice calling, the only difference is the addition of an option to switch between the two camera the phone has i.e the front and back camera and also to mute the microphone. Multiple browser app may also be included which will allow multiple chat tab open next to each other which will enable to you switch between them without going back to the chat list
