How to Recharge Your Phone Via SMS With GT Bank

Have you ever been in a situation where you needed to make an urgent call but you have no airtime and there is no place to get some? I have been in such situation before and I can tell it's not a funny experience.

Thanks to GT Bank you can now easily recharge your phone via SMS using the GTB Mastercard.

How It Works

1. Pick your phone and dial *737*AMOUNT*NUMBER# (Eg, *737*200*0809430000#) then press the SEND or CALL button.
2. You will get a notification to select the network of the line you are recharging. Do so.
3. Next you will be asked to enter the last 4 digits on your card number (card numbers are just in front of the card).
4. If all goes well your phone or the phone number you entered will be recharged with the amount you entered in step 1 and this amount will also be deducted from your bank account.
