Samsung Launches First Android Flip Phone - Galaxy Folder

Just when everyone had thought that flip phones had gone into extinction, Samsung decided to launch the new Galaxy folder, a $250 LTE-enabled flip phone running Lollipop.

Though Samsung launched the first Galaxy Folder in 2013, with the latest becoming the second generation model. The new Galaxy Folder flip phone comes with some impressive features like for instance it has a 3.8-inch touchscreen display, 8MP camera, 2MP front camera, 8GB of expandable internal storage and a 1,800mAH battery.

It’s a 4G TLE flip phone and comes in white and dark blue colour options.

Samsung didn’t really share the full spec of the flip phone, so details of it still remains sketchy. The Galaxy Folder (unlocked variant) will be available for purchase in South Korea as from next month, though Samsung is yet to let us know if it would be made available for purchase outside South Korea.

Will you go for this phone when fully available?
