With the first half of year 2016 gone, Antutu as taken there time to release Top 10 Most Popular Smartphones in the first half of 2016. The website revealed the top indexed smartphone in the whole world and they also revealed the devices the market really showed interest in. We were expecting some brand like Gionee or Huawei to make the list but none was on the list. The just release Samsung Galaxy S7 was behind it predecessor Galaxy S6.

The first on the Antutu Bechark list of the 10 most popular smartphone of firsts half of 2016 is Samsung Galaxy Note 5 with 7.82% leading the raise. The second most poupuar smartphone is Samsung Galaxy S6 with 5.4%, next to it is Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and Samsung Galaxy S7. The fifth position goes to Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, followed by Galaxy S7 Edge with 2.69%, Meizu MX5 2.22%, LG G3 2.14%, LeEco 1S 1.93% and Meizu Metal 1.70%
Four Samsung Galaxy smartphone makes the list and it is surprising that Samsung Galaxy S7 is behind is predecessor. It was also revealed the the popularity of Red Mi Note3, LeEco 1S and Meizu Mx5 is due to the cost efficiency. The reign brand is still Samsung.
