On June 1 2016 Multi tv channels stopped showing and this was as a result of the recent upgrade done by the company to provide a better service to their users and also improve the quality of their production. This is the second time they will be performing this upgrade even though the upgrade was only a change the frequency and not change in the position of the satellite.
Therefore, if you Multi tv channels has stopped working, Do not panic. All you need to do is Rescan your decoder yourself and if you cannot do it, kindly call you installer to get it done for you.
Multi tv New Frequency
The new frequency is 12525 V 30000
You can rescan through manual scan or Blind Scan your Decoder.
