Mypaga.com is a mobile payment service that allows customers
to pay bills, send money and also receive payment wherever they are.
>>>Go and Sign up for paga account
>>>After then Login to your account
>>>Look for Fund Your Paga Account On the left and Click on it
to fund your account with your ATM Card
>>>After that, click on Pay Bill or Merchant. It is also on the
left bar
>>>Select DSTV from the merchant list.
>>>Enter Your DSTV Smartcard Number and the details of the
owner of the account will be loaded
Confirm if it is correct.
>>>Select the DSTV Bouquet to pay for. You will see this Under
Services
>>>Enter the Name of the owner of the dstv in the name Space
>>>If correct, Click on Continue
>>>Then the details of the payment will be displayed for you to confirm
>>>Below it select your Funding Source. May be through Paga account or your mastercard
>>>A confirmation with you transaction ID will be displayed if successful.
>>>Wait for few Minutes and you dstv channel to be reactivated if your account has being disconnected before you make payment
NOTE: Make sure your Dstv is power on Before you make payment. If your account has expired before.
If the Channel did not display after 30mins. Kindly call the customer care on 08039003788 or 012703232 to reset your system. This is the best way to get it done in 20mins.
You can also Clear E-16 Error Message by send text message in this format
RESET (SMARTCARD NUMBER) TO 30333
