I will be posting a series of post on Internet marketing in the next few weeks but before i start i will like to discuss what Internet marketing or making money online is all about. Lot of people have being generating income, working part time or full time online but you may have being skeptical where the money is coming from, how do they make this money, what do they do to make this money. In a simple term Internet marketing is the promotion of goods and service on the internet. The truth is there are lot of money to be make online if you understand how it works, believed it and for hard for it.
Making Money Online: Where the Money Comes From.
If you have ever buy something online or you've seen something buy something online from website like Dealdey, Kaymu, taafoo, jumia or konga, that is where the money comes from or if you have ever browse through some website like Google, Naijaloaded, facebook, Nairaland and other website, that is where the money comes from. The money that is available online flows from offline through the internet and backs to offline. For example now if you buy a goods online from konga, jumia or any other shopping website here in Nigeria and you pay online using your ATM card and the goods are delivered to you at your door step the online shopping site you used and it affiliate has earn some money from the goods you bought. So also if you are offering a services like Article, writing, graphics, webs design on some Micro job website for every service you render you will be paid. The money online also comes from advertisement being place on a blog or website. You can setup a blog or website provide contents, drive traffic to it and put advert from companies that want to advertise on it or register with some PPC website like Google adsense, Infolinks, addynamo and if you are accepted you start making money from them.
This money we are talking about are contributed by some people. People who want information, those who have problems and want solutions to it, those that are in need of certain services, those who purchase goods online, those who need more customers in their business, those who need certain services and lot more.
Since you now understand where the money is coming from, you can now fix yourself into certain part but you must understand that the money will not come easily. You have to work hard, have the right mindset, understand the areas you are going to very well, believe you can make it online and work towards it.

Freelancing:
Freelancing is the process of rendering certain services online from your home and being paid for it. One thing i like about this is that you don’t need any start up investment if you already have a skill and also very little overhead is involve. This type of job can be done on part time or as a second job. Some of the site you can start from is fiverr, odesk, gigbuck, iwriter and some others and you can offer services like web design, article writing, virtual assitant, logo creation, banner design, and lot more
Affiliate Marketing:
Affiliate marketing is the process in which an affiliate is given a product link with a unique code to promote a product and if he makes a sale he will receive commission from the sale. You can promote this code by creating a blog and write review about the product, you can also promote it on facebook and so many other ways. Affiliate companies present in Nigeria are Kaymu, Konga, Jumia, Dealdey, and lot more. Amazon, clickbank, JVzoo, CJ, Sharesale and lot more are some of the affiliate companies available in other countries you can also partake in if you want to promote foreign product.
Blogging:
A blog is an informational website on the internet that is used to publish your interest and what you have passion for. We have blogs that covers New, Entertainment, Gossip, Politics, Technology, Making Money Online, Healthy, Love, Self employment and lot more. Just discover your passion and you write on it. You can monetize your blog with Google adsense, chitika, addynamo, infolinks and any other PPC.
Informatinon Marketing:
Information marketing is the process of creating a product and selling it. This may be inform of an ebook or cd(video) and It is one of the most profitable internet marketing models. This product you can you can sell by yourself or your put it on ecommerce website like clickbank, amazon and from there you start making money.
There are Many other internet marketing models but the once mention are the once i will be discussing in the next few weeks God helping me.
